Does refinishing shower stall make sense?

These culture marble shower as you look at it on the left usually gets stained beyond cleaning and it yellows because that is typical of culture marble and a commonly it can also crack which needs to be repaired because otherwise there would be leak of water going to the back of the walls or the floor, If you are not in the position to reap it out and install new there would be another option as you would see on this picture.

Can this shower be repaired & refinished successfully?

You have two options to take care of this shower stall, The typical common thing to do is just to remove and replace with a new one which is a very good option but also it creates a remodeling project by having to do demolition and then rebuild the new shower stall which makes sense if money and time is not a big priority for you, however if you not want spend a lot of money to have this done you can always opt for refinishing which makes the unit looks like showroom, long lasting with a little bit of care and commonly less than $1000 including repairs, not to mention that it can be done in one day and ready to be fully use after 24 hours of completion.
